- Collect the Tape on the notice board.
- Push the sick bed into the corner, then use the Tape to repair the speaker wire.
- Collect the Medicine Bottle from the medicine counter.
- Collect the Ballpoint Pen at the reception desk.
- Pour the Medicine into the Gold Frog Statue to obtain the Access Card.
- Proceed to the Reception Room in the Hallway, then use Access Card to unlock the door.
- Enter the Reception Room, then open Locker 44 to collect the Scissors.
- Check the numbers on the files in the file cabinet for a hint.
- Use the numbers written on the files to input 62464 into the lock on the desk drawer, then collect the Application Form.
- Write 1142 on the Notice according to the time on the clock.
- Return to the Lobby, then place the Application Form into the tray on the reception desk and proceed to the Visitor’s Room.
- Return to the Lobby, then use the Scissors to cut the Fishing Line tied to the doll.
- Enter the Visitor’s Room, then inspect the window for a hint.
- Inspect Medicial History #3 on the bottom shelf for hints.

- Return to the Reception Room, then use the Key to open Locker #57 and collect the Photo.
- Return to the Reception Room, then place the Photo onto the window of the left door corresponding to the picture frame.
- Slide the magnets on the window frame according to the picture, then enter the Patient Room.
- After entering the Patient Room, inspect the book on the bedside cabinet for hints.
- Inspect the Medical History under the bedside cabinet, then place the Access Card in the upper left photo area.
- Remove the bedsheet, then complete the slide puzzle to open the box and obtain a Music Box.
- Return to the Lobby, then place the Application Form into the tray on the reception desk.
