- Pick up the Buddhist Card from the Upside-down Paper Figure in front of the music hall entrance.
- Pick up Five Yansheng Coins by the Phonograph.
- Pick up the Strangely Shaped Yansheng Coin along the Wishing Pool.
- Place the Five Yansheng Coins along the wishing pool.
- Using the pendant clues by the music hall door, toss the five Yansheng coins into the water according to the image. The Ksitigarbha Hall’s door will be opened.
- Use the Buddhist Card Ksitigarbha Hall to see some clues.
- Flip through the Wordless Prophecy to gain a new prophecy.
- While at the offering desk, using the Wordless Prophecy’s clues, adjust, according to the image, the lights of the electronic offerings to get a Monk Statue and Gear.
- Place the Monk Statue on the Scale’s Kindness Plate. The Purgatory Prison gate will be open for entry.
- Embed the Strangely Shaped Yansheng Coin onto the Chest, then open it to get a Keycard and Silver Coin.
- Give the Silver Coin to Eight Unspoken in Ksitigarbha Hall to get a Medicinal Bottle.
- Give the Medicinal Bottle to the Purgatory Prison Jailer, opening up the entrance to the puppet theater.
- In the Cell Room as shown in the image, there will be important clues in the Bamboo Scroll on the ground.
- Using the clues seen on the Buddha Card in Ksitigarbha Hall, touch the flower lamps in order according to the image to get a Wooden Fish Stick.
- Place the Gear in the puzzle box hidden behind the Desk. Correctly position the gear to activate the puppet show.
- Take the Brush and Grief Stick from the puppet’s hands.

- Use the Keycard to open the Three-Life Stone Contraption.
- Using the clues from the Black Impermanence’s hat, input the password 平 来 生 正 死 不 to activate the Three-Life Stone system.
- Use the Buddha Card on the Past Life screen to check for relevant clues.
- Use the Buddha Card on the Present Life screen to check for relevant clues.
- Use the Buddha Card on the Future Life screen to check for relevant clues.
- Return to the lobby and place the Record on the Phonograph to start the music, after which the swaying paper figure will point out the clue.
- Move the Electronic Screen on the stage.
- Using the clues given by the Three-Life Stone system and swaying paper figure, input the password on the paper figure machine: 空 藏 何, 嚏 娑 诃.
- Choose, according to the image, the paper figure resembling the White Impermanence, then touch the correct figure.
- With the clues shown on the LED mourning hall screen, use the brush to write on the White Impermanence Paper Figure’s head: Eyes closed, death looms.
- Touch the Guitar, complete the performance and get a Lighter.
- Return to the Purgatory Prison, then give the Joss Paper to the paper figure Jailer to get an Ice-Fire Staff.
- Return to the puppet theater, then give the Abacus to the puppet that resembles a merchant to resume the puppet show.
- Give the Ice-Fire Staff to the puppet that resembles a constable to resume the puppet show.

- You will encounter an enemy when you return to the Lobby.
- Lure the fake Taoist into Ksitigarbha Hall.
- Complete the puzzle to escape the illusion.
- Pick up the Hat that the fake Taoist dropped.
- Go to Eight Unspoken in the Purgatory Prison and throw the Hat into the hair bucket.
- Throw the Paper Figure Hair into the hair bucket to get a Key.
- Use the Key to open the Cell Door.
